Returns & Refunds
Once an order is placed we cannot cancel the order. Taylor Made Essentials LLC has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days to return an item(s) after receiving them. However, a 25% RESTOCK FEE applies. To be eligible the item(s) must be in the same condition when you received them. Unopen, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returned item(s). We will send instructions on where to send your package(s). Remember to receive a refund the package(s) must be unopened and unused. NOTE: Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If any items were damaged during the shipping process. Please take a picture of the item(s) as soon as you receive them, not hours or days later with a description showing the damage. To our Damage Department at tme0976@gmail.com.
Exchanges and Non-Refundable/Returnable Items
All sale items are not exchangeable/returnable nor refundable.
Shipping Policy
Normal Processing time is between 1-14 business days Monday-Friday 10am-5pm eastern standard time. We ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx customers are responsible for shipping cost. Once the package has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. Make sure you check your spam folder for tracking information, if you did not receive it in your email.
International Customers
When making purchases you agree to the process time, and terms of service. Packages may incur custom processing fees; international customers are responsible for any customs fees at the time of checkout. You acknowledge you are aware of the shipping policy.
Lost/Stolen/Wrong Addresses/Damages
Taylor Made Essentials LLC is not responsible for lost/stolen/wrong addresses. Make sure you have the correct address before placing your order. Track your package to ensure your package gets delivered to the correct address. In the event you do not receive your package, and or lost/damaged contact your local delivery company. It is your local delivery company responsibility to replace your lost/damaged package. Once the item has shipped damages, misplacement, or theft is not Taylor Made Essentials LLC. responsibility to replace your item(s). It is the responsibility of your local delivery company responsibility to refund you for lost/damaged item(s)
